When to use

Illa Tampons Super Without Applicator is the internal sanitary pads of the range with 9-12g absorbency level (3 out of 4 drops). Cotton Composition helps prevent skin redness and irritation.

After hands washing remove the wrapper from the tampon. Assume a comfortable position. Unravel the tampon string and pull it firmly to make sure that are ready connected. Push your index finger into the hollow at the end of the tampon. Insert the tampon into the vagina and push the tampon into the vagina as far back as possible, untill you will not feel anything. If you feel uncomfortable it means that you have not inserted correctly the tampon so you should remove the tampon and insert a new one. Choose a tampon with the lowest absorbency needed to meet your needs and change them regularly at least every 4-6 hours.
